[i ate] Slovak tasting platter in “Slovak Pub” in Bratislava. Top is Halušky (kinda like gnocchi) with bacon in a goats cheese sauce. Middle was Pierogi’s with goats cheese and sour cream. Bottom was pickled cabbage and boiled, brined ham. All washed down with 1L of house-made beer.
